Installation Instructions for Windows Computer

1. Look for a confirming order email with download links with your chosen mapping computer.
2. Select the "Map Name - nnnn Shallow Depth" download link from the "Files Ready for Download" email.
3. Download the Lake Level Map(s) to the directory of your choice.
4. Download and install GPSmapEdit.
5. Before starting GPSmapEdit, connect your gps to your computer and turn it on.
6. After your GPS is connected and on, Start GPSmapEdit.
7. Select "View>GPS Tracking" or the GPS icon on the tool bar.
8. Now you should have your location on the screen, hopefully on the lake.
9. In GPSmapEdit, select "File>open>"Map Name - nnnn Shallow Depth" map of your choice.
10. Now you should have a graphic map of Lake Powell with a gps arrow indicating your location.

                You may have to zoom out to see the lake if your gps is on and you are not on the lake.
